Samsung Gusto questions?

Lol go to your carrier!!! lol i did they gave me a new phone!! :) haha thats not all why they gave me a new one because!!! i broke or defect on the phone to take out battery the little thing that keeps it lock fell off soo now there's tape holding it in!!! haha and also dropped couple of times there couple of indents!!! Also it may be a glitch i am a glitch expert!!! :)
