Spanish: El/Ella/Usted Conjugation of gustar (preterite tense)?

I'm trying to translate the sentence "She used to like cheese." Don't ask... xD It's for a Spanish project. I'm unsure of the conjugation, though. Would it be "Ella le gusto el queso..."? Thank you in advance!
