Does he like me ( you know, like me?)?

Well, there's this boy in my grade, he's one year older than me ( he's old for the grade, I'm young) and I really like him. He's a little taller than me and really sweet. My question is is if he likes me. I don't just want a simple yes or no answer.( sorry for those this excludes) my friends at my lunch table caught him staring at me for like, a long time. It was embarrassing but cute! We both love 30 rock and both are into acting. He laughs at all my jokes ( sometimes with a little too much gusto, and always looks away ( well not always, like when he's staring at me!) and he always wants to strike up a conversation about 30 rock. When we talk he looks down and smiles sometimes. I don't see him that often during the day, so it's hard to tell if he likes me or not. Also, someone in his close friend circle ( I'm friends with most of his friends, but not all of them) has a crush on him. I don't think he likes her though.. She's kinda creepy. Soooooooo... Any answers?
