Have you heard about lady gaga being sued over the prayer bracelets!?

apparently some dumb person sued lady gaga over her "we pray for japan" bracelets and said she pocketed some of the money although she said all proceeds went to japan... what side are you on? i'm totally on gagas side. stupid person... it doesn't even make sense... and the woman hates money. could she make it any clearer?
