BYD Auto: ADR vs BYDDF.PK (pink sheet) vs HK1211?

See which one/s is/are liquid. ADRs, as you say are US receipt for overseas stock. They are usually on a ratio (like 1 ADR=5 shares). No annual fee. I would say buy ADRs (or get a better broker!)
